Two Peas Challenge- Use a quote on your page!

I've never done a layout for a challenge but when I came across this one I knew I had to participate! Plus, I think doing online challenges will push me in my creativity and force me to create a little quicker. So here's my first attempt at a challenge: Use a quote on your page!

A little bit of shimmer and dimension, two things I love!

My Valentines

This year I did a few different Valentine's Day cards. One was a little more labor intensive as it required lots and lots of glitter! Anyone have any tips on working with glitter? I wonder if I should be using some sort of spray glue or sealer...anyway, I only made 2 of these because they were so messy. Here's a picture of the one I made for my boyfriend. I used a Stampin' Up background stamp and a Tim Holtz die cut.

And then the inside simply said, toujours.

Here's a card I got off of Jenni Bowlin's blog as featured on Ranger Ink. She was right, super quick and easy! As usual, I didn't have the exact papers and punches so I did what my Mom taught me to do, substitute! So here's the card I used as my template.

And here's mine! I think it turned out pretty close!

Let me know what you think and let me know if you have any tips for working with glitter! Thanks for looking :)

Life's little moments

Here's a simple but cute 2 page layout I did for several different pictures I have of my boyfriend and I. I didn't want to do a different page for each picture so I put several things we did together on one layout and called it "Remember life's little moments." It's one of my favorite layouts I've done in a while and I hope you like it!
