Wedding card and gift

Here's a card I made for my friend, Michelle. She got married just over a week ago and I was so excited to use this digital stamp from The Greeting Farm. Super cute, right?!

Now, I know this isn't this best pic but here's a framed artwork project I made her as a wedding gift. I bought the frame and what I needed to make it at the Columbus Expo this past year. As soon as I saw it I thought it would be perfect for her. And as an added bonus, the paper I used to make the background and to cover the frame are recycled papers! I honestly think she's my only friend that would ever appreciate that :)

She tells me there's a special place for this in her living room and I couldn't be happier! Congrats again on your beautiful wedding and a hopefully even more beautiful married life!

DIY reception table numbers

Here's an idea for labeling your tables with numbers for a wedding reception. I made these for my friend, Michelle's, reception. I think they worked beautifully with her centerpieces and I couldn't be happier for her!!!

I made 12 of these. First I inked both side with Tim Holtz Distress Inks, then stamped the side with a bird stamp and finished it off by heat embossing the numbers in black with large number stamps. They were a lot more time consuming that I expected but I think the results were well worth it. And what's better than having your decorations tailored just for you on your big day?!

Then next week I'll post the card I made for her wedding gift. She's on her honeymoon right and I want to make sure she opens it before I post it for all of you. Until then!

Sweet Baby

I made this card for my sister, Natalie. Her new baby, Simon came 2 months early so I had to make something quick! I found this adorable baby elephant digital stamp at squigglefly.com and thought it would be perfect! What do you think?
